Larry Jenkins is the President of B&L Services. He has over 40 years of experience in the oil, gas, and geothermal industries. Larry established B&L Services in 1989 and has continued to grow the company while staying committed to the highest safety guidelines and client satisfaction. His leadership and vast experience has enabled B&L to expand into various services and markets while keeping the business a family owned and operated company.

Brian Jenkins is the Vice President of B&L Services. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo. Brian’s two decades of industry experience and knowledge has been a driving force in building the portfolio of services offered by our company.

Rod Ledesma is the Vice President of Business Operations at B&L Services. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo and his MBA from California State University of Bakersfield. He joined B&L Services in 2005, focusing on engineering, business development, strategic and business planning. In recent years, he has focused on domestic and international expansions.

Tammy Brown is the Controller for B&L Services. Tammy joined the team in 1989 with a strong background in accounting and business management. With over twenty years of experience in the industry, she has been instrumental in expanding our reach both in the U.S and internationally. Tammy leads our office staff from the Bakersfield location.

Raymond Brown is the Director of R&D at B&L Services. Raymond joined the company in 1989 and has played a major role in the development of hydraulic systems, tools, & equipment. With his innovative ideas and twenty years of experience, B&L Services has remained at the forefront of this evolving industry.
